ADC LF ranked 5s Team

Hello, I am a hard working adc trying to climb soloq but noticing it is not easy. I would love to have a ranked 5s team to grind with daily. I am available every weekday and almost every weekend. I main Kalista, Quinn, and Jinx. I would love to have people to grind with and I do not get tired of practicing! Thank you!
