Looking for someone that wants to play some normals and possibly ranked.

I took a year off from league and would like to get back into it. I have a few accounts that range from silver to gold to plat. For right now I'd just like to play some normals and get back into the swing of things. Couple things about me, I really like to use voice chat and actually talk to someone when I play via curse, TS or Skype, I can't play someone toxic if you're gonna blow up on me or our teammates move on and last and biggest thing.
