-=Looking to form a Serious Esports Organization=-
-Please read before applying-
Hello Gamers,
My name is Matt, I am looking to create and run a serious Esports Organization and my question to is do you have the courage and determination to slay a dragon, become a legend, and become a successful Esports Player? The dragon I speak of is the challenge of forming an Esports Team from nothing and becoming something. It is not easy and comes with a lot of naysayers. Being able to ignore the overwhelming negativity and focus on your goals to continue to try where others fail is what sets the successful apart from the rest.
I hope to, realistically, have the Esports teams known and participating in large competitions within two years. Accomplishing this goal within the scheduled time means the teams will mimic a business from day one. With a strong base, discipline, and immense effort from everyone involved in the organization there will be a lot of ground gained in a short amount of time. There is no money to be offered starting off, meaning all accepted candidates are volunteering their time, but I will work endlessly to succeed in this venture so that everyone involved, not just myself, will be able to make a living in Esports. I want to create an organization that is like a family to team members, staff, and fans alike. Finding sponsors and investors will come with time and I will try to have everyone in the organization compensated for their efforts as soon as possible. This is the only fair and ethical way to have the Esports Organization succeed in my eyes.
Staying through the hard nights, long days, losses, and differences, this is the kind of commitment I want from players in the organization. Building an organization from the ground up isn’t easy, but with full commitment from everyone involved it will succeed.
An explanation of roles and business flow will happen when the team is fully formed. There is management and different levels of responsibility/control over certain operations. This does not mean that any one person is more important than the other. It will be a form of checks and balances in order for the team to continue to run through hardships.
Statement of Purpose: I dream of creating a competitive Esports Organization brand that will give entertainment and products in a close-knit friend-like fashion to an international audience. The goal is to create an organization that not only gives fans exciting “home team” entertainment, but invites them to be a part of a family that understands and roots for them to carry out great things in their day-to-day lives.
