Supp/Jg Main Looking For Help Back Into Gold After Losing Streak

I've had so many feeders after trolls after afkers at 10 that I've dropped from Gold to Silver II and it sucks so bad. What sucks even more is that I'll still do well in those games but we end up with a lose anyway.
