Spirit Rush Gaming looking for Players for Serious Team

Sixx here. I'm the owner, AD Carry and manager of Spirit Rush Gaming. I'm posting today to let you all know of an opportunity to play competitively with a team of like-minded individuals to further your League career. Want to make it big, or try your hand in competitive eSports? This is a great opportunity then!

What Are We Looking For?

Well, we're looking for people over the age of 18 that can show up to practice on time. People that can devote a minimum of 2 hours a day, and 6 hours on practice days will be the best candidates for these positions on the team. That being said, we're looking for everything except ADC.

Why Spirit Rush Gaming?

Spirit Rush Gaming is owned by me, Sixx. Any sponsors looking at the team will be looking at you directly as players of SRG. You will be competing in tournaments and working your way up a ladder with strong, competent people, instead of a solo queue ladder with unorganized chaos. What is Expected of the Applicant?

The applicant is expected to be able to know their role. If you're applying for a role you do not know or play, we will know when it comes time for the tryout portion, and it will limit your ability to get on the team. You must display you know the mechanics well enough to hold your own on the Rift, in case the jungler cannot get to you in time, and you must display determination to get better. Communication is key, so during matches, it is imperative that you're able to communicate through both voice comms, and pings if necessary. No idle chatter is needed during a match.

How do I apply?

There are a few ways, actually. First off, adding me in-game will not do. There's an interview process we will be going through before you will be allowed to try out by playing with the team. Pass the interview process and you'll move onto the tryout phase. The tryout phase consists of a minimum of 3 games played with the team to see how you synergize and work with the team. The top 3 choices will then be selected out of each role (of there are more than 5 applicants for the roles) and they will work for the spot.

Please note that tryouts may take longer than a week, especially if there's a large number of people trying out for the positions.
