Gold 5 ADC looking for help

As the title says, I am a Gold 5 ADC looking for help. I want to improve on my gameplay overall as an ADC and team player, but just don't know how to do it. I am looking for a coach, or someone of a higher ranking, to assist me. I am a very good learner and I know I have a lot to improve. I would love to be able to become a high platinum or diamond ADC.
