About Conform Conform eSports is a Professional Multi Gaming Organization. We value basic principals of loyalty, commitment and trust to our fans, and members. We seek to pickup untapped talent in our members who want to improve, whether you are a competitive veteran or a casual newcomer! Our mission is to provide our members with a place they can call home and meet and new people who are like minded, so that they may help each other become better players.

Conform Goals Naturally we will start small by getting involved in amateur tournaments, and when given the opportunity we will expand and reach further. What we need is players who understand that there is both possibilities of things moving extremely quickly and everything going entirely according to plan, as well as the process being tedious and disproportionate to any initial expectations. We are very passionate about becoming a stronger and much larger organization so that we can provide more for the entirety of our organization. The most important thing is please be understand the magnitude of what our organization is trying to achieve here, and if you aren't willing or capable of doing what it takes to get where we intend to go then please don't waste our time.

When are you mostly available? EST after 930 pm usually, I'm married, so I usually play after the Wife goes to sleep. But I could make room for practices if they are going to be held earlier. Ranked 5's Exp? Not a whole lot, I've been on maybe a dozen different teams but it's been very hard to get enough people who are committed and available. Highest rank achieved in teams? Currently on a team Gold in 3's and Bronze in 5's. But they all go to college and so now that class is back in session they don't play very much. Absolutely. Played competitive sports my whole life, played club Frisbee in college, I'm a quick learner and was raised on the motto "perfection is the minimum standard"- Dad. Strengths: Good with CS, good at keeping wards down, good making picks for the lane and that benefit the team, familiar with all the champions and standard build paths. Good at adjusting my build path to meet the needs of the match. Balanced in my aggro, good at playing a in a way that maximizes my Champs kit. Understand the importance of not dying, and very good at "turtling" when behind in lane. Am competent and comfortable with a Dozen champions in top lane and have at least 3 Champs I'm comfortable with playing in every role. Weakness's: Sometimes I have an issue with knowing when to group, and there are some lane match ups that I struggle with. Things you want to avoid in a team environment? Divisiveness, unnecessary comments that tear down teammates and generate a hostile environment, and the unwillingness to learn. Personality Traits: I'm pretty laid back and chill, I can listen, I'm pretty good at communicating. Good at making quick decisions under pressure, can lead if asked to, though I generally don't like to lead unless I've been granted permission by the group to assume that role.
