Looking to create Diamond + Competitive Team

Hey everyone,

I'm ODI Sixx. I've been a team manager of teams throughout divisions, my latest reaching Challenger before breaking up due to college, and creative differences. I'm looking to put myself back into the management position in the competitive eSports scene.

Before you put this off as nothing, allow me to tell you about the past teams I've managed and how far we were able to take them before breaking up.

With the Challenger team, we were able to consistently place first in many online tournaments before quitting online tournaments to focus on raising our 5v5 rank up to Challenger, picking up an analyst and a coach to help further us, placing relatively well in the ESL Go4LoL's 2 weeks in a row before the team broke up. Our support and analyst were then signed over to another team, while our ADC decided he wanted to pursue a different direction, and went off on his own. This team was on track for sponsorships, and set to start competing at LAN tournaments. I'd like to get a team back in that position.

The other teams are pretty much irrelevant due to being lower ranking, the best mention being the Bronze team I was able to aid getting up to Gold before the team imploded due to bad attitude of some of the members.

Interested in an opportunity to do something with League, in Diamond and think you could represent? Fill out the form, add me on Skype, and we'll look into talking and setting up interviews.

(As a competitive challenger level team, I expect no less than full commitment. Very few, if any teams get very far if they don't practice 5 days a week, so I'll be looking for very close to the same dedication) Are you applying as a solo or duo?

Remember, once you've finished filling this out, add me on skype at OdiumGaming and we'll look into interview times.

Name: Tj IGN: Swiss Ninja Season 4 rank: Silver 4 Current Rank: Gold 4 Lane Applying For: Support What do you believe you could bring to a competitive Challenger level team, and how do you believe you can deliver on it? I can play any champ in any meta, build whatever is needed, adapt to a team whenever, i can play almost all the time, i bring a lot of teamwork and synergy. Plus i got try hard a lot. How long have you been playing League of Legends and how long have you been playing the lane you're applying for? 3-4 years playing league* 2-3 my lane* What is your attitude when going into a ranked match? Are you a rager if you fall behind, or do you try to stay positive and aid your team? Oh more than defiantly i try to stay positive almost any game is winnable tbh. I never give up even when its 50-2 with an afk. I love the thought of a comeback. Have you ever been in a competitive team atmosphere? If yes, how did it go over, and what did you accomplish? No but i have been on teams it's hard for me because its hard to get everyone on at one time and manage that. Have you ever competed in any LAN tournaments for any games, League included? No but i have competed in tournaments and have won. What do you hope to get out of joining this team? The chance to finally play as a real team and have everyone else actually try and give it their all. I love working as a team and using synergy its quite hard to use that in soloq. What is your availability for practice? (As a competitive challenger level team, I expect no less than full commitment. Very few, if any teams get very far if they don't practice 5 days a week, so I'll be looking for very close to the same dedication) I will be able to play almost all the time. we can exchange numbers and text me and i will be there in less than 5 minutes. I will love to practice any moment i can. Are you applying as a solo or duo? I am applying solo. Note* yes I am gold. But you need to trust me i am more than what the stats show i play with my diamond+ friends all the time and play better than them almost all the time. I have stopped playing solo q so i have stopped climbing for a while.

Season 4 Rank: Gold 2-3?

Lane Applying For: Support

What do you believe you could bring to a competitive Challenger level team, and how do you believe you can deliver on it? Well I definitely have had my fair share of teams. Most of them quit because of a loss. I watch tons, and I mean TONS of LCS and CS and many other competitive leagues. I have knowledge, the mechanics, and overall confidence that I can help this team go places in my role!

How long have you been playing League of Legends and how long have you been playing the lane you're applying for? A little over 2 years, and I have been playing support for those 2 years.

What is your attitude when going into a ranked match? Are you a rager if you fall behind, or do you try to stay positive and aid your team? Honestly in ranked matches I go into it not expecting a win or a loss. I know each game is different with different players. Anything can happen, but on a team with 5s. No matter what, I go in thinking we can win. Even if we are down by 10k, I believe that we would have a team capable enough to be level-headed and come back.

Have you ever been in a competitive team atmosphere? If yes, how did it go over, and what did you accomplish? Nothing big, just small diamond and master teams. It would go well but then 2-3 losses in a huge depression would hit our team. And eventually people didn't want to play anymore, it made me sad and I would have to look for a competitive team.

Have you ever competed in any LAN tournaments for any games, League included? Not tourneys, but normals yes. League yes only with norms though no tournaments, but if we ever do them I'll be ok and try and do whatever I can to make them.

What do you hope to get out of joining this team? My ultimate goal for me personally, is to become pro. Weither LCS or CS, I would love to do that one day. And this team seems to be serious enough to help me get there. I would love an opportunity and who knows, maybe this could be a team I would go into the CS with one day

What is your availability for practice? (As a competitive challenger level team, I expect no less than full commitment. Very few, if any teams get very far if they don't practice 5 days a week, so I'll be looking for very close to the same dedication): Usually after 5 P.M Central for everyday I would be free, sometimes a little after that, but during these next three days my schedule will be different, but if we keep in touch I can update you and give you a schedule.

Are you applying as a solo or duo?: solo

Name: Ceres IGN: Ceres the White Season 4 Rank: g1/p5 Current Rank: d5 Lane Applying For: support/jungle What do you believe you could bring to a competitive Challenger level team, and how do you believe you can deliver on it? I have experience shot calling and playing vs challengers. Currently on a d5 that I was helped climb before attitudes split. How long have you been playing League of Legends and how long have you been playing the lane you're applying for? season 1 and been a support main since season 4 What is your attitude when going into a ranked match? Are you a rager if you fall behind, or do you try to stay positive and aid your team? I am a firm believer that early leads can be beat through coordination and teamwork. Biggest thing is knowing when you are behind to play safe and how to reverse the flow of the game back into your favor. Have you ever been in a competitive team atmosphere? If yes, how did it go over, and what did you accomplish? Yes, We got a team to diamond 5 and played against LCS players and thats where many couldnt keep up mentally with their attitudes. (players not willing to listen to coach) Have you ever competed in any LAN tournaments for any games, League included? No LAN tournies yet. What do you hope to get out of joining this team? I think playing on a team is some of the most fun I have had. It allows an atmosphere for 5 players to grow as individuals and as a team. I am looking for people who are looking to be serious with their improvements but also looking to be good friends. What is your availability for practice? (As a competitive challenger level team, I expect no less than full commitment. Very few, if any teams get very far if they don't practice 5 days a week, so I'll be looking for very close to the same dedication) My schedule is flexible. I can play every day and usually do. If the practices are 5-6 hours long though I might not be able to do 5 days a week. Are you applying as a solo or duo? Solo dolo

Name: Joey IGN: Prophethunter Season 4 Rank: p5 Current Rank:d5 Lane Applying For: ADC What do you believe you could bring to a competitive Challenger level team, and how do you believe you can deliver on it? I have a very close eye on the competitive scene and will be driven to improve to a challenger level. I will deliver by watching the best and playing the best and improving based on those above me. How long have you been playing League of Legends and how long have you been playing the lane you're applying for? Season 3 aatrox release is when i started playing. i have been playing ADC since Jinx Release. What is your attitude when going into a ranked match? Are you a rager if you fall behind, or do you try to stay positive and aid your team? I get very mad at myself for screwing up the lane. i believe i should adapt to what my team is doing instead of them adapting to me. i do not believe in blaming others anymore like i used too at lower ranks. Staying Positive and improving should come before raging. Have you ever been in a competitive team atmosphere? If yes, how did it go over, and what did you accomplish? I have been in a lot of ranked 5s teams. The best one i was in is where we got diamond 5 on the team and were againest challenger teams every other game. We eventually broke up due to conflicting ideas between all of us. Have you ever competed in any LAN tournaments for any games, League included? i played some COD LAN a long time ago, no league LAN. What do you hope to get out of joining this team? A serious team willing to improve and not just sit there content with their current performance. What is your availability for practice? (As a competitive challenger level team, I expect no less than full commitment. Very few, if any teams get very far if they don't practice 5 days a week, so I'll be looking for very close to the same dedication) If the team is committed. I will commit also. I live PST so school lasts 8-3 PST. every time after that i am good. Are you applying as a solo or duo? Solo.

Name: Benny Ortiz IGN: TWG Reversuls Season 4 Rank: Diamond Current Rank: Plat 1 Lane Applying For: Mid What do you believe you could bring to a competitive Challenger level team, and how do you believe you can deliver on it? Ikeep up with the current meta and can shot call. I strive on team fighting. I have great awareness, can easily call out targets that are meant to be focused, and can easily identify mistakes while in game to help improve for the next fight or objective. I only look to improve my teammates. How long have you been playing League of Legends and how long have you been playing the lane you're applying for? Since season 4 and mid since preseason 5 What is your attitude when going into a ranked match? Are you a rager if you fall behind, or do you try to stay positive and aid your team? Attitude for every game is a clean slate. Meaning this is a completely different game no reason to keep thinking about the mistakes in game. I stay positibe if behind because every game is winnable. Game isn't over until the nexus is destroyed. I shotcall well from behind to get objectives and try to turn things around. I mostly call fights and when i think is a good time to engage. Have you ever been in a competitive team atmosphere? If yes, how did it go over, and what did you accomplish? Yes mostly ranked 5s and tournaments. Only reached diamond 5 due to roster changes and schedule conflicts. Have you ever competed in any LAN tournaments for any games, League included? No What do you hope to get out of joining this team? Improvement in my play and try to make it to the top of the list. What is your availability for practice? (As a competitive challenger level team, I expect no less than full commitment. Positive Attitude. People usually get discouraged to continue playing the game from behind and become down in the dumps. Saying "it's ok we can come back' or "Heres what we can do to comeback" to a discouraged. How long have you been playing League of Legends and how long have you been playing the lane you're applying for? Since Season 3 or whenever Elise was released. I've been playing Marksman since season 3. What is your attitude when going into a ranked match? Are you a rager if you fall behind, or do you try to stay positive and aid your team? I try to stay positive and aid my team even if I am the one getting all the flame. Everyone has bad games. Have you ever been in a competitive team atmosphere? If yes, how did it go over, and what did you accomplish?Yes. It went somewhat well in the beginning. We were playing whenever we could and went over some games, but it died down. We lost some members and eventually it went on a Hiatus. The only accomplishment we had was Diamond 5. Have you ever competed in any LAN tournaments for any games, League included? No. What do you hope to get out of joining this team? Improvement as a individual player. You can always learn something. Even if you are a Diamond Plus Player. What is your availability for practice? (As a competitive challenger level team, I expect no less than full commitment. Very few, if any teams get very far if they don't practice 5 days a week, so I'll be looking for very close to the same dedication) Are you applying as a solo or duo?
