Silver support/adc main looking to join a serious ranked 5s team

im silver 3 currently but belive i can play at a higher level. especially in the bot lane. ( can play every role well) but soloQ is a joke and gets you nowhere is what i belive just teaches you bad habits. i am looking to join a ranked team that wont disband after a night of losing and will push through the hard times and are wanting to go far. highly prefer a late night team considering my work schedule. thank you.
