Recruiting for a team a buddy and I are creating. Don't know the team name yet and will be decided when we have all members. Members can be of any rank but must be dedicated to improving and open to criticism. We will also decide on the voice comm that will fit us all best.

Going to say this in the kindest way possible. Don't worry about making a competitive team when you are bronze or low silver rank. You would enjoy the game more if you A) took the time to get better at the game or B) just played troll games with friends,
