LF Teams for a Low-Elo LCS type deal

I've been seriously considering putting together a Low-Elo LCS type league for fun and for the purpose of player improvement. We're currently looking for more teams to join in (hopefully a minimum of 5 and a maximum of 9 more teams) it would be free to join, and would not follow a super strict schedule but would be a welcome community for anyone to join.
