[LF] League Community or Dedicated Ranked 5's team. (TOP LANER)

Hey everyone i'm just putting myself out here. I'm looking for a League Community to come hang out with and chill with OR a dedicated ranked 5's team that will have me. I was Gold 5 last season and i'm currently Silver 5 this season. I'm willing to adapt to playstyles. I do not rage or blame my team and i'm really harsh over my own mistakes.
