Ranked 5's Team Recruitment, Accepting Silver players and up

So I want to play in a ranked team, an I have been applying right and left to other teams but I never get around to getting a message back because I am usually not quick enough to post before other players. I am hesitant to make my own because I don't see myself as a good leader and organizer but I wanna do ranked 5's so I am gonna give it a try. I usually main Top but I am also good at jungle so I can go both ways if need be.

REQUIREMENTS

  1. I am only gonna be Accepting players that are at least in silver or above, if your in bronze 1 I can make an exception but I wanna stick to silver.
  2. Serious players are wanted but I also want people that can have fun and not bad mouth their teammates.
  3. Voice communication is required, Skype, Curse Voice are the programs we would be using.

I will be going off the information I see provided an not a first come first serve, Their will be backup spots if anyone would be interested about that I do wanna work out a rotation system so that everyone would get to play.

Sir Jack Lee Silver 5 Jungle (can do any role) Tryndamere, Vi, Hecarim, Kha zix, Evelynn, etc Will listen to team mates and follow shot calls, warding, map awareness, body blocking skill shots Will find myself in bad spot from here to there, will not farm that well after ganking starts (fixing this), occasionally expose myself before I even gank

IGN: MaatOG Rank: Silver 1 Role: Mid/Jg (Can't play botlane, but can top well.) Champs: I can play most current meta players, and some off meta ones. Pros: I know the game well, I know what to due in various situations, I have good mechanics and playstyle. Cons: I occasionally tunnel vision if I am focused on farming, and my map awareness can diminish if I too focused on my lane.
