Looking to join or create Bronze team to rank up (or duo if not enough players)

I'm currently in Bronze III, and I'm more of "casual" player (I play pretty much every night at least one game, but usually two) and I want to rank up. I'm not the best player in the world, but I'm not the worse either. I know I can be somewhere higher than Bronze III. I usually perform well in matches, but there's always a weak player (or lane) that ruins the game for all of us and I'm really tired of that. I was initially positioned in Bronze I but got dragged down by random guys that don't take the match seriously enough.

Also, preferable looking for players more on the "older" side of the bar, but pretty much anyone is welcome. I'm a 32 y old guy... I know... way old, I should get a life lol but meh. I can only play at nights after 8:30 pm PST Monday-Friday for about two-three hours, and from Noon until I fall asleep during Sat and Sun.

My In-Game name is: Coopermx My main is Support Soraka (my gameplay is based on harassing the opposite adc and/or the support champ, so they are usually low hp or at least low mana when there's a healer) Alternate 1 is Mid LeBlanc (gameplay = combo or nothing, defensive) Alternate 2 is Top Nasus (my gameplay is mostly based on pushing the lane fast to get the tower down and I usually go for AP Nasus to push even faster) Alternate 3 is Amumu or Fiddlesticks junglers

The idea is to form a team in a "relaxed and casual environment", zero toxicity and a lot of positive feedback to improve our gameplay. So if you are a hardcore player, then this team is NOT for you. This team is more to have fun, get better at the game and that's it. Finishing a game with a lot of stress and pissed off is not fun. We might consider to use ventrilo/skype to communicate in-game, but initially we can leave it without it to see how it works. So if we form a team, maybe a couple of normal games would be the best idea to see how we perform, before venturing into ranked games. Anyway, I hope to hear form you either to form a team and get positioned in a good place in the ranks, or to duo in Bronze to climb up.
