Looking for Duo Partner S3-GV

Hello. I've been playing a lot of ranked and I'm always scared of what kind of top or adc I'll get on my team. I don't like giving up my games if the only reason we're losing is because someone on our team tries to 1v5 even with our tower. They can dive. Or if it's bad plays and the positioning needs to be fixed. All we do is have to fix it.

I want a duo partner who'll actually listen to me and we can exchange ideas, but I don't like ragers or people who think they know everything. If you're in silver and have been for awhile you probably don't. I know I don't
