##BACKGROUND

My friends and I put together a ranked 5's team for fun to see what we'd get placed into, and after being put into Gold 5 (4-1 placements), they're no longer interested in playing. However, I want to try to see if another group of league players and I can get the team to Plat before season ends. :-)

##REQUIREMENTS

1. Skype. We all talk on Skype, so if you don't have it, please download it! 2. Mature mentality. I won't require a specific age as there are younger people who have the maturity level of an adult. 3. At least Plat 5. All of the games we played included at least 2 or 3 Diamond players, so the MMR might be slightly higher. To keep up with the level of play, we ask that players are at least Platinum 5. 4. No raging or toxicity. Self-explanatory. Even if we're aiming for a serious team, we still want to have fun. Excessive negativity is frowned upon.

Are you a shot-caller? I would not consider myself one

What do you do when a teammate messes up? If its an obvious mistake, and they know it i see no bother in bringing it up, but if i feel that they may now know of the mistake i would bring it up after the game.

On a scale of 1 (never) through 10 (always), how often do you get upset? 3, i don't really get mad, but i can tilt sometimes in solo q, when i know i am losing the game for the team. I usually don't have issues with teammates in solo q, and what not.

Depends on the teammate, if he wants a comment on what he did wrong and could improve till next time I gladly tell him, but I think showing support and beeing there for him and beliving in him is more important, I tend to trust within my teammates. What do you do when a teammate messes up? Cheer them up. Mistakes happen. Nothing is going to be perfect. If they don't know what they did wrong I will give my best insight on what they could have done better.

On a scale of 1 (never) through 10 (always), how often do you get upset? ehh 2-3. I don't really get mad. I just play, and learn from each game

I know I'm gold 5, and stuff, but I think this is something that could help me become better. Playing with better people who are willing to give me constructive criticism, and to help me on my overall performance. Also, I see myself better than my rank portrays.     What do you do when a teammate messes up? Try to compensate for their mistake. Tell them not to worry about it if they seem at all upset. Then, after   the game, look over what happened if they are at all confused.

    On a scale of 1 (never) through 10 (always), how often do you get upset? 2 :D I try to make the best of every situation.
