LF> Friends to Play Competitively with

Looking for at most 3 people to constantly join my friends to play Ranked. I really want to climb but have been very unsuccessful at doing so. Skilled climbers would be very much appreciated. Just a few things though. We want things to be chill, so no complaining at us, no trash talking yourself constantly, try the entire game even if it seems lost. Thanks :)
