To get a decent team?! :/ I add a few people from the boards and they end up being pretty useless in the games.... are there any people who seriously would like to play the game and climb? I can't do it by myself as a support main. I've tried, there are just too many bad ADCs out there needing spoon fed.

biggest issue is people want good teams, but they dont wanna do any of the work that is looking players up to see if they feed regularly, or if they even play ranked at all etc. Saw it many times last season when looking for teams, the captains would grab the first 5 guys who applied rather than being piucky so they actually win games.
