If I was a level 30, I guess I might join your group, but only if I was able to play my choice of champ in the jungle and support. I have a diverse play-style and I don't truly main any one champion. I believe this game is best when its diversity is put to full advantage. Maybe get rid of the whole "meta-champs" thing. A truly skilled player can play champs that aren't the meta and crush anyone, regardless of what the meta is or not.
