Looking a decent team ( gold 2 - plat)

Hello everybody reading this, my summoner name is fknchris and i am in platinum and i enjoy playing this game but im looking for a decent team to build on and get serious about this game such as playing competitively, if u are interested in playing along side me hit me up on league, that is fknchris and i play jungle mostly but can fill adc or mid.
