Silver Support main looking for 5v5 team for season 5

I'm interested in joining a team for season 5. Currently S4 in solo queue but feel as though Incould climb if I played more ranked.

I play league most nights and could be available for team events (practices, games) probably 4-5 nights a week. I live on the East Coast and am available after 6:30 pm EST - 10:00 EST or so. My availability is flexible depending on what the gf allows :-0.

I main supp/jungle but am looking for a support role. I could jungle with a bit of coaching from a higher elo player , though. My current champ pool is: Leona, Braum, Namii, Lux and Blitz. I'll be putting more games on Thresh in order to add him to the roster as well.
