Looking for players around silver to play ranked 5v5.

My friend and I are looking to put together a 5v5 ranked team we need Top, Adc and Support. We are looking to improve and aren't the best players but we are competent you don't have to be the best players either. This is primarily to improve our skills and have fun in a slightly serious competitive environment.
