Looking for A Very Serious Plat+ Team (Mid Main)

Hi I am a Mid lane main that is looking to join a very serious ranked 5's team. For awhile i have tried to start up my own team, but haven't found any success, as people wouldn't show or up or didn't want to take it as serious as i was looking. Now i am looking to join a team that wants to take ranked teams serious and climb to a high rank. I am available the majority of the time but i do also play on a soccer team. I play daily and always am looking to improve. Also I will use what ever communication is required. Even if we aren't having the success we have hoped for, I will stick with the team and not quit after a couple losses.
