lf a duo

So I used to be gold 1 and i started playing without my duo and on my stream not paying attention dropped an entire elo and am the lowest rank I have ever been. I can carry as support but not usually with silvers. Id like to find a duo that was near my old rank as that's how I know how to play. let me know :D
