Plat Season 3 getting back into LOL, looking for team or group

I took some time off (7 months) of playing this game and just got back into it. Most of the people I have played with before do not appear to be playing anymore. I am looking to find a team or a group of people that want to Q up on a regular basis in either normals or ranked. I am not looking for anything hardcore, I work for a living, this is a hobby and entertainment for me. I also would prefer to play with an older or more mature group. Rank really does not matter to me.

In season 3 I finished the season at Plat 4, Last season I was in Plat before I decided to stop playing. With decay, I was dropped down to Gold. I can play pretty much play anywhere but I prefer the roles of Top, Jungle or Support. I play during the week during the hours of 8-11 pm Central time. On the weekends, I may stay up a little later. Feel free to add me in game if you would like to discuss further.
