Gold 5 Adc/Mid/Supp Looking for competitive team

Hello! I am a Gold 5 Adc/Mid/Support. I am looking for a competitive team to practice and compete with in tournaments and get seen. Possibly even LCS I am currently 18 years old, and I do play often. PST. I am always willing to try, learn, and improve my skills. I am also willing to listen and take any criticism to make myself and the team better as a whole.
