Gold 4 Mid+Support main Looking for Duo

Hello, I am a mid/support main. I am a former LeBlanc One trick with the 2nd highest mastery in the world with her. (1.6 Mil). I'm sick of being stuck in low elo. I feel like I mechanically am much better then my place. I'm looking for a solid player to play with to the end of the season. No tilting, no raging, no negativity.

There's no reason for it. I play extremely frequently and really want to get at least Plat before the end of the season. I'm willing to accept tips or anything. I just want to improve.
