Looking for Platinum or higher ranked COACH/ANALYST

We currently have a team enrolled in a LCS style season and are finally looking to take the next step in finding something that could improve our teams performance. We are in third place currently out of ten teams - and feel like that extra person could help improve our game play. Looking for the following: -Somebody who has a lot of time on their hands. -Somebody who has great game knowledge and coaching skills. -Somebody who can help improve team atmosphere and assist in improving as a team.
