Support - looking for a group to help me grow & learn

I haven't played league in a while and am looking to find others to play with. I've never played ranked before but I am willing to buy whichever support champs to get me to the 20.

I'm looking for people who play to win, but also don't put each other down when a mistake is made.

I play in EST mainly after 10pm but my schedule will vary.
