Arcane 5s Teams LF Replacement Players for Platinum Ranked 5s Teams (Mid, Support, ADC)

Arcane is a ranked 5s team that for almost a year has utilized a full support staff, video recording review, scrims between its 2 teams, and a serious 5s atmosphere to increase both individual and team growth. This strategy has seen explosive and consistent growth in both of its 5s teams. The end goal of each team is to contend for the challenger series sometime in the near future, as well as make money from online tournaments and events.
Both teams contain their own: -General Manager -Head Coach -2 Assistant Coaches -Analyst(s) -Sub(s) -Schedule & Practice Doc / Stat sheets
Each month a practice schedule is released. This generally is 4 nights a week, around 4 hours each night. Players are expected to make most practices, and inform coaching staff 24 hours in advance if you can't.
In Arcane, there is no A or B team. The different teams are always competing to win during scrims, but they are treated the same by all staff.
Due to a series of personal and team events, the rosters of each team have taken a serious blow. The organization is now open to tryout strong replacements for the following position for each team:
Arcane Ferocity -Mid lane
Arcane Brutality -ADC -Support -Mid lane
Format of Tryouts : Custom 5v5 : AF vs. AB Current roster players will be playing with applicants. Tryout apps will fill in roles missing for each team. Starters will get a chance to play with tryouts, while staffs from both teams analyze play. Its important to note : both teams will be scouting for players in the same game. Just because you play on one team doesn't mean you can't make the other.
Top applicants will be reinvited for a "call back" in order to play more with the team, and be decided on
Players are judged on: -In game Performance -Attitude -Dedication -Mindset -Diversity -Drive
General Requirements of Players: -Overall Positive attitude - being critical of teammates is fine - uneeded negativity is not. -Gold+ (Pref Gold 1+) -Available to practice soloque as well as make practices -Willing to put effort both in and out of practice to become a better player -Most show noticable improvement over sensible amounts of time -Drive to win -If you make the team, you must add the "AF" or "AB" to your name. The org. will supply the rp.
