LF>Gold team Or Higher

Hey just started play again let me give you the load down on me. I've been playing since 2009 so I've been around for some time. Metas come and go, but I'm looking for a gold+ team. I always wanted to join a nice team since ranked allowed teams. The sad thing is the teams i get put with well die out whiten a week or two. So i want to find a team to be at least willing to try to get to LCS!
