Top looking for competitive team.

Hello, I'm looking for a competitive team. However, I'd prefer it to be in the bronze-gold range. I am not gold on this account currently, but probably can get it quite easily if I play my normal champs. Anyways, back to the details.

I'm looking to be either the main for a bronze-gold team, or a sub for a gold-plat team in top lane. Why a sub on the second part? Information soon coming.

Here's a little about me: I excel in what people consider "carry top laners." I find tanks boring, which is why the sub in the gold-plat region. I know that tanks are what most people prefer, which is why I'd rather be a main on a lower team and try to grow overall with them. I excel in champs like Riven, Fiora, Irelia, Cam, Akali, Wu, Ekko, Yasuo, and then various other champs. I use to play a lot of mid, so I occasionally take some weird champs top. I play a very aggressive style, as well. Which is good and bad. In the past, I have played on a gold 1 team and entered two random team speak tournaments (I don't know if they exist any longer) and won both, for the Ryze skin and $50 RP. That's about as far as my competitive experience goes.

I quit League for awhile and my friend that is an adc main wanted me to play again and so I leveled with him and now here I am, trying to find more than just the standard soloq. That means I am currently limited on champs, but am willing to put some $$$ into champs, or simply use my plat account which will be given if asked only after adding/logging on if required.

Why me? Well, other than not playing tanks which is a downside, I can play from behind pretty well. I'm pretty easy to get along with, (I'm easy going, but stand my ground on my beliefs) take criticism well, can shot-call (Not saying I'm amazing at it, just the group of players I use to play with, I did so with. Rusty and would prefer not to.) willing to learn more champs. However, I'd honestly prefer not to learn /complete/ tanks, but I'm not exactly against it. I just find them boring, but I suppose if I found players that I enjoyed playing with I'd probably do so - No one likes letting good people down. Not toxic, very positive even when things look grim, and despite being a teammate, I'll also be a friend there for you. ^^ I have a decent amount of time to be able to practice/scrim. Other than work, I don't do too much.
