Looking to Build a New Team (I'm unranked and just hit 30)

I just hit level 30, and feel like a group of people playing together and communicating effectively is way more efficient than struggling through it alone. I realize that almost all are ranked and better than me, as I just hit 30. I am 25 and have a family, so requirements are 18+, primarily night time playing, and I and my friend I play with use Skype, so that is a must.
