Ranked 5 to Hit Gold before Season Ends

I'm a Silver 3 Jung/Top/Mid main. I've been in my series for Gold 5 times. I'm just looking to start a team to hit Gold by the end of the season.

I play usually from around 5pm CST until around 10 CST during the week and on the weekends usually in the afternoon until the evening.
