Hello,

I am starting a new team and looking to fill several roles. As of right now we have the following:

Jungle: (filled) Mid: 1/2 Top: 1/2 ADC: 0/2 Support: 1/2

About the team: The team is, as mentioned, newly formed. We will play both 5 man dynamic queue and ranked 5's competitively. Our goals are not to climb to gold and plat, but to compete in tournament play in 6 months.

What we are looking for: 1.) Zero toxicity. Constructive criticism is welcome. Toxicity is not. Players who tilt/rage/insult will not be considered for play. 2.) Motivation to improve. This is one of the most important aspects of teammates. Players will be expected to watch streams, receive coaching from qualified coaches, and review recorded games for analysis. 3.) Maturity. Annoying or obnoxious players won't be considered, regardless of performance. Voice chat will be used for communication, not playing music or talking about how much damage you do. 4.) Play time. Members should be on often; much more than casual players. We only want people on the team who want to turn league into a competitive past-time, not play it for fun.

Thank you for taking time out of your busy day to look at this. I might be in bronze but I believe that I play to a silver-gold caliber. I understand the game and understand what goes into the game and not just he surface. I am willing to change my play style / champion poll for the team so that we can win. I am a team player first .
