[URGENT]Volume Academy Recruiting Serious Plat Top/jg/Supp (PLAT PREMIER TOURNAMENT)

Hey there, I'm Pixel. As of 5 minutes ago, I had to take upon the position of team captain as our previous one left abruptly.

We are Volume Academy, a sub-division of Volume Gaming. Our team is currently in the plat premier league of Compete-League. Compete-League hosts LCS style tournaments for all elos. We are currently in need of serious competitive players to fill in our absent roster slots. Recently, there has been a lot of roster changes and members of the team have not been able to keep up with their schedules. In order to fulfill our requirements, please look into these guidelines before applying. Our team is equipped with active coach/staff.

Guidelines: -Be Competitive, but also keep your cool. (No rage) -Comms are expected to be clear and concise. No side talk whatsoever. Feed relevant information to the team. -Be vocal. A team requires teamwork. We can't rely on one person to view all sides of the map. -Be committed. Our last roster did not work out due to schedule restraints. It is selfish to apply if you have priorities that dig in to practice time. -16+, working microphone, and discord. (Discord features a browser version) -PRACTICE TIMES AS OF RIGHT NOW ARE AFTER 6:00PM PST. Tournament games start 5:00PM PST Please take these guidelines into consideration before applying. Its best if we do not waste either party's time.

With that being said, our next set of games in the tournament begin TOMORROW (Tuesday). If you are interested in either filling out for the tournament or trying out for a permanent position, please fill in this application.

IGN:alphafail Age:22 Role:jg/support Top 3 Champions:Thresh,Alistar,Nami / Lee Sin,Elise , Olaf Rank:Plat 4 Strengths/Weakness: My biggest strength is often my biggest weakness because I like to be a voice on the team, but I can be rather critical in getting my point across even though its never personal. I also tend to be fairly aggressive on the map.(If there's something proactive the team or I could be pushing for I plan on finding a way to make it happen.) Team Experience?: I've played on a couple teams in the past that fall apart due to scheduling errors, but often get placed in Gold before disbanding shortly thereafter. IGN: Zachh Age: 19 Role: Top Top 3 Champions: No specific top champs. I'm flexible and well rounded player that just enjoys playing what's meta. If I had to pick one though, I really enjoy playing Gnar right now. Rank: Gold 2 climbing pretty fast. A few weeks ago I was silver 4. Put my app on hold til I'm plat if you want. Strengths/Weakness: I think my biggest weakness would be my split push judgement. Or maybe the time it takes to get comfortable communicating. I think my strengths are being able to play a wide range of champs and my aggression, always looking to setup big plays. Team Experience?: Some random teams, nothing serious.
