Stuck in low diamond, how to climb?

Hi, so i just hit a plateau on climbing, i had a huge L streak few months ago after hitting d5 and then after that im getting 14LP per win and like 23LP per loss, is it still possible for me to climb or am i already in "elo hell". And if so can someone explain how do you really climb (duos count, kda, damamge, win/loss)? like what affects how many lp you get and how can i climb if its still possible? I consider myself to be doing pretty well in games averaging a 4kda in recent games even tho im really a team player. Thx for the help!

 loss:23 x 2 = 46
 win: 14 x 3 = 42                  so if i win 3 games and lose 2 (60%win rate) i will still decay is what im getting right now

 I was d4 with like 12LP, lost one game and get to d4 0lp, then I lose one more, and BAM demoted.
