Dropped from plat 2 to plat 5 again. Need help fixing my MMR

I was trying to make diamond this season. I doing pretty well for awhile but when I dropped from plat 2 I really started to tilt. A friend of mine suggested I find someone at least 3 divisions above me to play a few games with to fix my MMR. Anyone out there who is willing to help? I could probably manage to do it as I have a few other times this season, but the season will be over soon and I'm not sure I have time without help. I main adc and support. Ign is lnTheAbyss with a lowercase L.
