** Keep in mind the two backup positions are simply to ensure consistent competition - these two positions will more than likely be held by active reliable solo q players who don't mind jumping in now and again to play organized 5s.

What I do not want:

• Players that refuse to receive criticism - there is always room to improve. Obviously, we can discuss mistakes/corrections after each game to openly improve as a team.
• Rage. Please leave your ego at the door. Hard losses will come, clearly we can't expect to win every game.
• Players that always look for a quick fix to finding success (ie.. switching teams) if we do this correctly, I want a roster that is in it for the long haul.
