Are you a shot caller?: Yes i can shot call. Would rather leave it to jungle or mid though.

Strengths: I know my role as a top laner, and i know how to win from being behind.
Weaknesses: Laning can be hard for me, but not hard enough for me to do bad. I just excel alot more at skirmishes and teamfights
Why do you want to be on the team/ How serious are you about this: Very, I've been searching for a group a really long time i would like to have a team that plays as much as i do. I want to be on the team because i think i can provide loyalty, and from my own experience. Loyalty is hard to come by.

**Are you a shot caller?: **I would prefer not to be, though I can be. I usually shot call casually with friends.
Availability: Monday& Wensday 5pm - 9pm , Tuesday&Thursday 4pm-10pm, Friday-Sunday 2pm-11pm
Strengths: I'm good at taking constructive criticism, I'm a pretty positive personality and I'm told I'm pretty charismatic. I can pick up a champion pretty quickly if need to learn it or learn new mechanics.
Weaknesses: I do get frustrated when other's don't learn from their mistakes and I tend to be pretty hard on myself.
Why do you want to be on the team/ How serious are you about this: I want to see how far I can get and to generally get better as a player. I'll go as far as I can though I won't take a risky business decision like moving to game house out of my city, since i'm currently enrolled in University.

Are you a shot caller?: Yes if I am support or jungler, but if I am mid or top I absolutely do not want to be a shot caller. It is too much work for these lanes.

Strengths: In terms of the game-- i am a really good shot caller when I play support, but I'm not really that good at support itself. I love to win my lane and help other lanes. If I can't win my lane I still play safe and i never rage. I'm calm as heck. As a person: Like I said, I have focus and I'm serious. That's a big deal when it comes to anything.
Weaknesses: Well, I have a lot of course. I'm not perfect, but tbh it'll take me and my teammates to correct my weaknesses and theirs as well.
Why do you want to be on the team/ How serious are you about this: very serious. I'm a busy person. I work independently trying to setup an education consulting business, my wife is pregnant. My point is I don't like to waste time. This is the only thing that makes me young although it's kinda sad.

Availability: M-F everyday 2am - 730am EST Weekends can play just about anytime with notice ahead of time
Strengths: farming cs calling out sum spell timers focusing priority targets warding
Weaknesses: i think i can roam mid down more often when i shove wave to tower after the enemy laner backs but often times i recall after shoving to meet him back in lane in time.
Why do you want to be on the team/ How serious are you about this: i want to be on a serious ranked team and ACTUALLY play more then 1-2 games a night and more then 3-4 games then disband if we need to get better and were all WILLING to play a little each night im extremely serious about joining this team.

Shot caller: Never really had the opportunity
Availability: 10am-4pmgoes to schoolthen appx12am-4am Mon-Thurs. Fri-Sun, one of these days has to be set aside for my gf time. I'm needy. I live in Wisconsin So I'm Central Time zone
Str: Wide champion pool. Picks for the composition needed. Communication. Warding, rotations.
Weakness: Plays aggressive too much, can lead to a tilt. As playing for 5's though, there is better communication in which helps my aggressive plays.
Team/Seriousness: I want to be apart of a serious league ranked team, be able to learn and grow as an individual. I am 70% serious in percentage wise, do realize i go to school and social/family things happen from time to time. On the school thing though, I'm going for a reason, for a career. Don't get me wrong it would wicked to be able to grow to a pro level and proceed with that, but not everything goes to plan so i need to have something stable long term.

Weaknesses: TIlting over small things (missed calls, bad rotations, not paying atention)
Why do you want to be on the team/ How serious are you about this: Ive always wanted to see a ranked 5s team im on go somewhere but have never had the players to do it, eventually I want to play in tourneys.
