Normals/Fun/Help Me

I moved to a new house around 3 months ago and the internet here is complete garbage. We only have 2 options of satellite internet and the one we have now has a constant 600-700 ping. Basically, I'm looking for 4 teammates who are just looking to have fun and don't mind losing so that I can practice with 600 ping. I just haven't played any League in these 3 months and I miss the game. Also, if you're up to help me, I would like for your rank to be somewhere between Bronze V - Gold I because I don't want to go against anyone that's too difficult. Thank you. (I would play with randoms but some people take normal games too seriously and I just don't want to ruin their game.)
