Looking for a solid Duo Partner Requiring plat or Higher from last season.

Currently in Gold 5, I just want to climb elo faster than before and Last Season I achieved Plat 3. Too much inconsistency in Solo queue with the afks and ragers. I'd prefer a partner who is kind and calm. Doesn't tell me how to play or criticize me. Preferably someone who can put pressure in all roles in some compacity.
