LF for duo queue partner G3+ road to Plat

I'm just gonna be plain honest. I'm sick and tired of getting these junglers who either never gank, sit in their jungle and don't even have devourer. I'm tired of these duo bots going 1/19 before 15 mins and then just trolling together. I don't even understand why half my games get someone who afks 10 minutes in because "obviously they're gonna outscale us now that they got 1 kill more than us".

Most of my friends that I normally play with are either low silver, and my friends who are gold, don't have much interest in ranked or have the motivation to aim for plat. So I'm looking for a duo queue partner. I made it to Gold 1 in promos to Plat earlier this season, but as you can guess with said text above, I got matched with people who quit or intentionally fed after they died to their lane. I've now been sent back to gold 3, and I'm awfully fed up of being with people who I can't rely on.

All I'm asking for is not someone who can guarantee carry me to plat, just somebody that I can rely on to do decently during the game. I plan on getting plat soon, and I put in hours of gameplay a day so I won't be one of those people who says "Sure let's play!" and never plays again after 2 days.
