Good People who are around level 20 who want to play casual!

Hello! this is my first post on boards and after my last few depressing matches with solo que im just looking for some friends to play league with! I am getting quite tired of solo que people who have no clue what they are doing, people who swear and flame other people for no reason and trolls.
