looking for a LoL teacher

hey ive recently become lvl 30 and have played mostly bot matches. i only have 40 wins in normal. with that im not a skilled or good player im just ok. i need to learn what to do in a real team fight who to target when. when to push and when im being baited. when should i stand my ground when im near death with the other champ near death. when should i build mr and armor. when to build crit,ad,as or ap,cooldown,mana regan. and a bunch of if and when and where. im pretty sure you will tell what i just dont know if you play or watch me.

please help me get better i love playing league but when i have people telling me to stop fighting cusing me out and saying they will report me because i made a few mistakes it gets really annoying. im not trying to be bad i want to be better.

I was just thinking an hour ago about making a thread looking for someone under 30 to teach basics to (League has a real lack of any tutorials). I'll be willing to help.
