LF active people who want to rank/norms.

Hi guys I am an ADC main and I am in silver 2 atm. I am looking for a few people to grind with and to practice with and improve. I am looking for serious people who can take criticism/advice. Serious people who wanna improve and who understand the game. Im hoping to find good players to enjoy the game and to also be serious which I can't stress this enough.
