Looking for duo partner to help me get out of the final stages of Bronze

Hey, this is my first season in ranked and i want to assure myself that i get myself at least to silver. Previously i reached b2 and fell all the way to b5 from toxic players, stupid decisions, afks etc. Know that i am back to b2 i want to assure myself that i get to silver. I am surely an unexperienced player, but i know how to win and so forth. I can play any lane pretty good but prefer not to jg. I need someone to carry me :P LOL
