LF group to play with

I will never get out of bronze or get any better by playing with randoms every day. I play all roles in 5's, as ADC is my weakest role which I am occasionally working on that. Would like to be able to talk to my team on coms and play with same group to get good together and get out of bronze. IGN is FantomElite if you wish to team up.
