LF Team/Duo/Some tips?

Hello!

I'm looking for lots of things. I want to improve myself at league so I'm pretty much sounding out the bell for anyone interested!

Firstly, I would love to find a steady ranked team or duo! I'm on -5GMT but my sleep schedule tends to vary unfortunately, due to insomia attacks. However, I'm generally always free to play! I prefer support roles, but I can do mid rather decently, and I'm not that bad as a jungle warwick I think. I've just been in bronze so long I think I'm bad haha, but I'm always looking to improve if you want to give me a shot! I'd love to get to gold this season.

Secondly, I'm looking for a... coach, a senpai, a tip giver? I don't know. Just someone to sit down with me and play with me and help me improve really! I'd rather you'd have a pleasant personality, I don't do well with yelling at me to improve sort of teaching. Explanations and showing me is the best way to go! But I want to honestly get a lot better at league, so I'd love the help!
