LOOKING FOR A SERIOUS TEAM (Silver 3 Midlaner )

I'm looking for a serious team to join. I main mid and i have been playing mid since season 3. I'm very active and i want to join a serious team that goes to Tournaments. I'm looking for type of team that everyone gets online on to practice/scrim and compete against other teams. My play style is aggressive and i play Assassins but i can also play supportive-type midlanrs like lulu or zilean for adc comps. I have Skype discord team speak curse voice you name it i have it.
